DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?
We don’t do custom dontbeadoormats. Hopefully one of the ones on our website tickles your fancy and can fulfil all your doormat dreams!
WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR DOORMATS?
We currently offer two sizes:
Standard 40 x 68cm
Large 45 x 75cm
WHAT ARE YOUR DOORMATS MADE OF?
They are 100% coconut fibre, with a natural latex binder. No nasty PVC backing, which makes dontbeadoormats eco friendly, sustainable and biodegradable!
DO THE DESIGNS FADE?
Over time the design on the dontbeadoormat will slowly fade. How quickly it fades depends how it's cared for, used and what elements the doormat is exposed to. Even when the design fades, the doormat itself should still be going strong. Looking after your dontbeadoormat will help it last a long time!
DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
We don't provide gift wrapping but all dontbeadoormats come in one of our custom dontbeadoormat boxes.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a refund or exchange for faulty goods. We need to be notified of the fault within 14 days of receipt of goods. We only offer credit notes for returned items if you deem them unsuitable or change your mind, and this will not include the cost of shipping.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND?
We sure do! Contact us if you would like to enquire on international shipping to countries outside of NZ or AU
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?
No we don't, we only sell our dontbeadoormats via our website. We're super elite like that.
